Refunds, Returns, and Replacements
I cannot currently accept returns or guarantee full refunds on any art products. However, If your order has suffered damages during the packaging / shipping process please contact me through this website's contact page within 7 days of delivery and I'll gladly send a replacement right away.
Damaged Originals
In the case of original artworks being damaged from the shipping process please contact me as soon as possible. Because of the costs involved and the irreplaceable nature of each piece, I'd be happy to explore a few different options of remedy, including: possible exchanges for another original of similar value, partial refunds, or even store credit. I really want my customers and fellow artists to have a pleasant experience when buying from me, so if you have any questions or concerns before, during, or after placing an order, please feel free to cantact me. Shipping Eco-friendly
Both my partner and I do our best to make my store Eco-friendly. It's important to me that we take care of our planet and attempt to make as little an impact as possible. Here's how we do that...
All the products are shipped in 100% recycled, FSC certified, reusable stayflat mailers. For US orders the clear polybags used to keep the artworks safe from rain and wear are also 100% recycled and are *thin film recycleable. For orders in Europe and the rest of the world the polybags are home compostable, made from 80% PBAT (biodegradable and will decompose leaving non toxic residues) and 20% PLA (polylactide, which is made from corn waste along with other plants), and should break down in 180 days (home compost) or 90 days (commercial compost). The mailers, envelopes, and pieces of currogated cardboard used for support can all be curbside recycled, while the clear poly bags can often be taken to local grocery stores where they can be recycled in *thin film recycling bins. All of our mailers and our non-US polybags are from No Issue, while our US polybags are from Eco Enclose. To read more about these products, visit No Issue's website & Eco Enclose's website.
*Access to thin film recycling stations may varry around the rest of the world, so be sure to find the best way to despose of the polybags in your area.
